Refund Policy

Understanding Your Rights

This Refund Policy outlines your rights regarding membership refunds and digitally delivered products & services purchased on our website or via our affiliates. It operates in conjunction with our Terms of Service. Please ensure you have read and understood both documents before subscribing or ordering any of our products and services.

Superseding Prior Agreements

This Refund Policy supersedes any prior representations, understandings, or agreements regarding refunds for products and services previously ordered through our website or in any shape or form via our partners or affiliates.This includes any agreements from IDAO NETWORKS LTD Website and/or INVICTUS ONLINE INDUSTRIES LTD website and or through its partners or affiliates, or any services ordered via our affiliates or partners. This agreement and refund policy supersedes any agreements before this.

EU Consumer Rights

Consumers located within the European Union are protected by the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This directive mandates a 14-day “cooling-off” period where you can cancel your membership and/or any digital service delivered from IDAO Networks Ltd and from our parent and/or partnership services. Within these 14 days, you can request a refund for any reason and receive a partial refund, with some exceptions outlined below.

Digital Content and the Right of Withdrawal

  • Waiver of Right: 
    Since our membership website primarily provides immediate access to digital content (such as downloads, courses, and other online resources), you acknowledge and agree that by subscribing, you waive the standard 14-day right of refund.
  • Reason: Immediate access to content is provided upon membership activation, and it is not possible for us to fully “retract” this digital content once it has been utilized.
  • 3rd party Waiver of Rights: Any order from our website or via our affiliates or partners that contains 3rd party delivery such as but not limited to; company formations, bank account applications, supplier of exchange accounts, affiliate links to 3rd party suppliers – you acknowledge and agree that by subscribing and or ordering and paying the product or services, you waive the standard 14-day right of refund.
  • Reason: Immediate access and or ordering from us to our 3rd party is provided upon membership activation, and it is not possible for us to fully “retract” the digital order or services once it has been either placed as a order and or the process of order has been initiated.

Limited Refunds (Situational)

While the standard 14-day refund right is waived, we may still consider refunds in certain limited situations:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant and persistent technical problems that directly prevent the use of our essential content and services, and we are unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe 90-120 days, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
  • Billing Errors: In cases of accidental billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges), we will rectify those errors and issue refunds accordingly. Customers are responsible for any card charge or fee on exchanges.
  • AI Trading Bot: By receiving any profits generated by the AI trading bot, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to a refund for the membership associated with the AI trading bot functionality. This is because the bot provides an ongoing service with potential financial benefits. Any membership services or any services containing the IBOT trading bot is waived from refunds.
  • Profit Deduction: Any trading profit generated through the use of our services, including but not limited to our trading bot, IBOT, IBOOZT, or other profit-generating services, will be deducted from any potential refund amount.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the limited circumstances outlined above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [support @ ] outlining the specific reason for your refund request. Please provide your name, membership details, and a description of the issue encountered. Please include in the email your order number and your transaction TX for payment to us. A copy of your invoice and all necessary documentation.
  2. Review: We will review your request as promptly as possible. We may request additional information to assess your eligibility for a refund. The review process is up to 90 to 120 working days. We will via our support email contact you in a separate mail with our decisions.
  3. Decision: 
    We will inform you of our decision regarding your refund request within a reasonable timeframe. We have 90-120 working days as a grace period to investigate your right to a refund.

Important Notes

  • Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion, outside of clear billing errors.
  • Partial refunds may be considered in certain situations.
  • Misrepresentation of service or attempting to exploit this policy for financial gain may result in the termination of your membership.
  • All refunds are paid out to the customer in our utility token Credz – The calculation of the value of our token is 1 Matic = 20 Credz. The current value of matic can be found here :

Additional Considerations

  • Chargebacks: If you decide to initiate a chargeback through your credit card provider without attempting to resolve issues with us directly, this may adversely affect your standing with our service.
  • Consumer Rights: Understand that your statutory rights as a consumer within the European Union are not limited by this Refund Policy.
  • Affiliate commissions – all our products and services contain an automatic commission to the affiliate who introduced you to our service – all refunds have a deduction of up to 70% of the commissions before we pay out any refunds. The refund decision is made on case by case basis and is dependent on what services are ordered, we will inform you what the decision is before any refund is paid out.
